Shipping

Do you offer free US shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after shipment.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Sizing

How do I choose the right size?
Use our Sizing Chart to compare baby and toddler sizes by age, height, and weight. If your child is between sizes, consider the fit you prefer and your child’s growth stage.

Fabric and Care

What fabrics do you use?
TADO BABY products may use organic cotton muslin, bamboo rayon blends, cotton blends, or merino wool blends depending on the item. See our Fabric Guide for details.

How should I wash the products?
Always follow the care label on the garment. In general, wash with similar colors, use gentle detergent, and avoid high heat.
